Kindly be advised that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged, defective or faulty.
If you received a defective item, you have the right to make a request to exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your item. The products must be unworn or unused, in the original packaging, and still in the same new condition when you received the item. i.e., with all labels and protective box intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, kindly follow the following steps:
- Contact us via the request form below, our customer support will respond to your request as soon as possible.
- If your return is accepted, we‘ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Repack your product and stick the label to the outside of the package.
- Send the package back to us.
