We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned Creative Points. Just login to your account and visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our exciting reward options.
When you are ready to checkout, go to your 'Earn Points' popup to view your CPs balance at the top and click 'Get Rewards' tab to select the redemption options you would like to apply to your order. Obtain the discount coupon code and place it at the checkout area.Make sure you use the coupon code before it expires, within a validity period of 30 days. Besides, you can also visit the 'My Rewards' tab to view your obtained coupon code and redemption status.

Yes, your Creative Points will be expired after 12 months of inactivity (i.e. earning or redeeming Creative Points).
When you return an item, the associated Creative Points you originally earned for purchase that item will be deducted from your Creative Points balance.

A referral is only considered "successful", or "completed" if it meets these requirements:
(i) The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend amount (price after discount).
(ii) The referred friend has not registered an account or made a purchase in the past on IMCW website.
(iii) The user agent & IP address that referred friend clicks on the referral link must match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase. This means that the referred friends are required to use the same device to complete the following referral steps:
Click the referral link > copy the referral code > create an account > complete the first purchase
Due to our anti-fraud referral system will automatically verify both the IP Address and User Agent to make sure the referred friend is an Authentic and New Customer, kindly note that there are a few things that will cause a referral to fail:
You would NOT get the rewards if:
- IP address/User agent mismatch
The user agent & IP address that clicks on the referral link does not match the user agent & IP address that completes the purchase.
- This commonly happen when your referred friend:
- (i) Clicked on the referral link but then complete the purchase on different IP address or user agent. For example, copy the discount code from the referral link and register a new account but made the purchase by using another device or complete the purchase only after a week.
- (ii) Failed to complete the following steps one-off in the matched IP address and user agent: Click the referral link > copy the referral code > create an account > complete the first purchase
- Referred friend has registered an account or made a purchase in the past
- Referred friend did not meet the minimum spend amount of our referral program (price after discount code applied)
Referred friend would not get the rewards if：
- Did not meet the minimum spend amount of our referral program (price after discount code applied)
The person who clicks the referral link must be the same person who makes the purchase. This means you need to check on whether the IP address & user agent that clicked on the referral link is matched with the IP address & user agent of the person who made the purchase.
This is because we only award the referrer if the “referrer” brings an authentic new customer to IMCW by checking that the "referred friend" has not made a purchase or already had an account in the past. In addition, we’ll also make sure the IP Address & User Agent of the referred friend do not match that of the referrer through verify the location and the web browser type (e.g. Chrome, Mozilla, and their version) of both parties taking part in the program.
IMCW reserve the right to cancel or amend the imCREATOR Loyalty & Referral Program at any time in our sole discretion.
